My mama’s quick and tasty meatloaf

2 packages ground beef- I usually use a 90/10. Sometimes the 93/7 makes it a little dry.
2 cans tomato sauce- depends on if you like a saucy or a meatier loaf, you might want to add more
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix Beefy Onion Flavor
1/2 bell pepper- cut to your liking, I only use half and cut mine a little larger so they add flavor but my kids can easily pick around them if they choose
2 eggs
1 sleeve of low fat Ritz Crackers
Prep Time approx 10 minutes

So, I am always a glass half full kinda gal but now that 2012 has proven to be such an awesome year for me, I can finally say that 2011 was my worst year EVAH! Might be extreme, so I'll just say it was the most challenging year for me thus far. Thankfully, God continues to show me the lesson on the other side of every challenge. Sangria for any season

Posted March 1st, 2012 at 6:54 am1 bottle of cheap red wine 1 bottle of cheap white wine 1/2 can frozen grape juice concentrate 1/2 can frozen lime-aide concentrate Mixed berries (fresh or frozen) and fresh orange slices In a large pitcher, mix both bottles of wine and both half cans of frozen juices. Owning your punishment

Now when I say choices, that isn’t born from the fact that I believe they should dictate how the household is run. I’ve discovered if they choose and accept one of a few proposed punishments, they own it more fully. They feel like an owner in their own torture lol and it doesn't come across as being forced upon them…because THEY bought into it! My son forgot his shirt for his field trip, it’s mandatory for any kid attend...
